It was much better than anticipated. The only trouble was an error on the part of the city's permit department; the painter was patient and helpful. I am very glad I selected Michael J Painting Mr Vmanzor was very professional through out.

Michael J was very prompt in putting together an estimate and scheduling the work to be done. The work was also completed in the time frame he gave us, however, at times the men on the job appeared to lack supervision and I felt responsible for double checking that things were being done properly. They left the job site pretty clean when they were finished, but did not clean up at the end of every day while on the job. When Michael was not at the job site, communication was a problem but the men on the job were always very polite.

I liked their work ethic and that they knew how to work diligently. The quality of their work was good and the customer treatment was excellent also. I would highly recommend them to others in the area.

They messed up a new pipe that I had just had installed. They did fix it though, so I was happy with that. I was pleased with the work, but they were not very responsive.

He did a fine job with the painting. The tile work had already been put up in the bathroom and he was extremely careful not to drip or damage it. I would recommend his service.

They said it would take between two - three days but it took six working days. This was because of the condition of the walls under the wallpaper. This was OK but I had to live with a mess for that time. They were two men working on it. It was a big job. I requested for two other jobs be completed and he gave an estimate. We were happy with the estimates for the second jobs BUT I have tried to contact Michael for over a month now and he has not returned any of my many phone calls. I'm disappointed that he has not returned my calls. All that I asked was for an answer. I was so happy I was looking forward to having him complete other work.

He knew exactly what to do and performed the job efficiently and skillfully. He did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price.

The work was done carefully and completely. This was not the cheapest quote, but I am happy to say it was worth it to have the job done right.

Jose arrived on time for estimate and work. Work was EXCELLENT and house looks brand new. Jose came alone first day to pressure clean and brought 2 workers second day to paint. As a single woman, I never felt uncomfortable or worried. All 3 were professional and courteous. My dogs barked all day and the workers did not seem bothered at all. I plan on using them to do some interior painting and drywall work as well and would recommend them to anyone.

Jose was efficient from the time he came to give me the estimate until the time he finished the job, couldn't be better. Great price, quality work..... He's the best, I'm gonna start using his services for all my properties (I'm a real estate investor). This is the first time in 12 years that I find a good and reliable "contractor".

Jose was late, but called to let me know. His work was excellent, very professional and very reasonable. Would highly recommend, and absolutely would hire again.

They started out on time the first 2 days, but after that they were at least 1 hour late. One day the truck broke down and they never called. I called them at 10 AM and they said they would be here in 20 minutes, but they did not show up until 12 PM, and this was on a Saturday!! Besides the tardiness THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL- EXCEPT THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP VERY WELL. I spent 12 hours cleaning, and it's still not clean. I had to send my rugs out, which cost me another $1700, because of the sanding and overall dirt. I will need to get a professional cleaner in for the entire house and one just for the upholstery and floors. But, overall they are excellent painters and the most reasonable - even with the additional costs. I would reuse them again.

My experience with this company was great. The workers came in on time; worked steadily for more than 8 hours; brought their own water and food (even though I offered). They put up with a lot of noise and people milling around in our household. The quality of the work was very good, (but not excellent; there are some places I want to sand down and sponge). They did a really good job on the bathroom, which was in quite a state after the wallpaper was removed. I felt the pricing was reasonable for the time they put in. Overall, Michael J is very professional. One note, although I don't think it matters. He subbed the plastering out to someone else. No biggie as far as I'm concerned.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY WERE AFFORDABLE AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY MADE OUR HOME LOOK BEAUTIFUL AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN NO TIME. THIS COMPANIES HARD WORK IMPRESSED ME.
