Dan was very professional and courteous . He truly listened to our concerns and ran a full diagnostic work up. He solved the problem on the first shot and the dryer is now drying good as new. I highly recommend his company when the need to clean the dryer ducts arises.

Dan inspected old dryer venting system and analyzed whether it could effectively cleaned or be replaced. When it was determined that the old system could not be effectively cleaned or replaced, Dan proposed an alternative solution and installed a new modern dryer vent.

Dan was extremely professional, on time (on-the-minute) for the appointment, ethical and honest, and the total cost was very reasonable. He placed protective covering on the floor so that the dryer could be placed on it. He cleaned the interior of the dryer, and vacuumed the space behind the washer and dryer as well as underneath. The job site was totally spotless after the work was completed. I recommend MIAMI VENT PROS very highly. Dan really did a SUPERB job!! Thank you.

Although the service ended up being more than we had expected I felt like Dan really just wanted to do the best job possible and keep our family safe. He was able to come the same day we called and showed up on time for the appointment. I would highly reccomend him

I just moved into a new residence. These are high quality townhomes that were build in 2008, in South Miami. I noticed that I had lint build up from my Dryer in the exterior duct, that is at about a 10 foot height. I panned through Angie's and found great reviews for Dan, we had used Coit in my previous home, but I wnated to try someone new. I called Dan near 6pm on a thursday, he answered the phone personally. What felt good about it , is that he first asked a series of questions, to get an idea of what I knew or didn't know I needed. (kind of like discovering) He then explained what he would do, went over the cost involved and scheduled for 11:30am the next day. He was right on time, and preformed all the services quickly and efficiently. He even gave me some insight as to how the vent system was built, commenting in that it was a quality job. I have about 30 feet of duct from the dryer to the vent. He did a fantastic job, got it done in a little over 1:30 hours. I cant say enough about how punctual, knowledgable, professional, and great value for the money his service is. This is what he does, and I am glad I found him on Angie's List. Would recommend and use him again for sure!!

Dan did a great job. The work was performed perfectly, despite very tight space conditions. Truly went above and beyond my expectations. After he did his work, he left the area even cleaner than it was when he started.

When I saw all the great reviews, I just had to call Dan. He promised to be there at 3:00 pm that same day, and he was! I explained the problem I had with this dryer: it would take at least 3 hours to dry a fair amount of laundry. A technician ,who came to service the dryer, suggested that the vent should be cleaned. Dan took an enormous amount of fluff out of the vent. He also took off the grid that the company that had built the house, had put on the vent on the roof. It looked and felt like a rock! Last but not least, Dan replaced the vent from the dryer to the duct. My family is so relieved that this problem has been solved! Thanks so much, Dan!

Dan came out the same day I called him and was able to diagnose the problem. He accessed the roof from the attic and replaced portions of the vent while cleaning what he could. A hot as it was outside combined with the heat in the attic was beyond "hot". Dan cleaned the debris from the work he was doing and showed me what to do to ensure that the vent continues to work properly.

The service was excellent! Dan arrived on time and explained the process to me before he began working, as well as the potential cost of the project. When the job was completed he showed me pictures of the lint he extracted and also showed me how to tell if my vent becomes clogged again. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. My dryer now is operating perfectly, and my clothes are getting completely dried in one cycle. I am an extremely satisfied customer!

Dan (owner) was able to schedule the work and showed up on time and did a tremendous job in vacuming out the vent from inside as well as from the roof. He completed the job within the estimated time and cost, would use him again and recomend him to friends and family.

I had Dan Hourihan, owner of Miami Vent Pros, clean the dryer vent and disasemble and clean the lint trap in the dryer on May 22, 2012. His communication was excellent; he notified me when he was on his way to my home. He was punctual, friendly, very knowledgeable, and highly professional. He spent well over and hour and a half on my dryer and vent. His fee was very reasonable esepcially for the high quality work that he provides. The price was reasonable and the qualiry was excellent. He was on time, very fast, and we got the appointment right away. He is very professional, and honest.
