+ -1 moreThey did very good. They were very good and conscientious. They did our entire driveway. We used them today. They did the driveway yesterday. They are pretty much finished and we are very happy with the end results. They were very particular and neat and go by the rules. They were very professional. I like the fact they are particular.

+ 0 moreThis smaller job was just to get my feet wet with a new contractor. But I think I won't be using Miami Paving if this is how they start off doing business.
Description of Work: I called this contractor early this morning. They were prompt in returning our call by noon the same day, however, I was out of the office when they called and my assistant took the call.The person returning my call refused to leave contact information and said " if she called, she has the info to call me back". Further, the caller was frustrated that my assistant could not tell him "how big the job was" that I wanted a quote for.Admittedly, this job was not that big probably only about $2,000; but this company certainly missed out. I am the property manager of a developer who owns 25 properties (mostly shopping centers and office bldgs.) and two of our shopping centers need to be sealed and stripped. This smaller job was just to get my feet wet with a new contractor. But I think I won't be using Miami Paving if this is how they start off doing business.

+ -1 moreRepresenattive came to quote promptly. Had made an error in measuring, but quickly reported and corrected it. As soon as a deal was reached, they scheduled the work. Completed everything over a weekend so as not to disturb business. Owner was present to supervise. Did a nice job.
Description of Work: 6,300 sf commercial parking lot. Patched asphalt, seal coated, painted parking bumpers and lane stripes.

+ -1 moreTHE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE BUT THE QUALITY WAS NOT THAT GREAT. AFTER A SHORT TIME THE DRIVEWAY HAS STARED TO CRACK. I THINK THAT THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. BUT I DO NOT THINK I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
