STAY AWAY! We are a GC that hired them as a sub and they took our deposit and admitted they spent it elsewhere and could not return it when the job could not move forward. They fraudulently provided an insurance certificate that they knew was previously cancelled for non-payment. They then even signed a promissory note for what was owed and have defaulted on it. STAY AWAY!!!

Concrete Kings are terrible, very nice at first, told me they could not schedule a date until I gave them my deposit, then time and time again promising to come by to do the job and never did. I own a small and mentioned that I don't mind if they can't make it on a specific day but call and let me know you are not coming so I am not wasting my day but that happened several times. They simply don't care and still have not given my my $1000 deposit. At one point and cancelled the job because of the no shows and decided to give Jusniel another chance, promised he would show up the following Wednesday and that I did not even need to call him. Sure enough, another no show. Simply constant excuses and lies. Under no circumstances trust these people for anythiong.

We contracted them to do our driveway and back patio on July 31, 2023. They immediately asked for 50% deposit $2,000 which we sent the same day. After waiting for 2 1/2 months for them to start the job and all we got were excuses we requested a refund. After waiting several weeks it become apparent that they did not have the money to refund us. So, we try to help them out by agreeing to have them do the back patio and only refund us $1,000. That job was supposed to start today November 6, 2023. Mr Yusniel Veitia showed up at 4pm. We live in a gated community which he knew only allows work between 8am and 5pm. When I spoke to him about him not keeping his word. He stated that he could not let his other clients down. But I guess it’s ok for him to take my $2,000 and let me down for over 3 months. He gave me his word he would Zelle me the money today. After texting him and his wife - we have not received our refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU TOO.

THIS COMPANY HAS STOLEN MY MONEY, STAY AWAY, THEY MAKE PROMISES TO SHOW UP, AND THEY NEVER DO. GAVE THEM A BIG DEPOSIT. WILL BE FILING IN DADE COUNTY COURT LEGAL ACTION TO GET MY REFUND. THESE PEOPLE MAKE PROMISES AND NEVER SHOW UP. STEER CLEAR, AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEGATIVE STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE.

We recently purchased a condo in Miami and needed our marble floors polished. I requested an estimate which was provided, and subsequently sent a 50% deposit, which was required. I told the owner that our building had specific insurance requirements for service providers performing work within. I was assured that they had everything and had already been approved. This was FALSE! When they arrived, management would not allow them to enter because they had neither proper proof of insurance nor had they been previously approved. As a result, I found another outfit to polish our marble floors and requested the return of my 50% deposit from Miami Marble Kings. They gave me the run around for months and repeatedly told me it was being returned, but it never was. Now I have to proceed with a small court claim since the amount was under $2k. Please do not use this business, as they've proven themselves completely dishonest. Spare yourself the grief! That's why I've taken the time to write this review to help whoever is reading to avoid my miserable experience of being robbed.

Miami Marble Kings did an outstanding job restoring and polishing the floors of the entire house. The owner, Yusmiel, who came over and inspected our floor and gave an estimate, personally did the marble floor restoring and polishing. His crew were professional and personable, and completed the job on time. They were concerned about our property and protected our furniture by either moving it, or by covering it. Their work was exceptional and the floors are shiny and beautiful. My wife is so happy. Miami Marble Kings exceeded my expectations and our marble floors are beautiful. I give them my highest recommendation!

This is a really terrible and unprofessional company. First they will never pick up the phone. Then when they will give an estimate but never confirm when they can do it. They ask me for a 50% deposit but never gave a time or date when they will pick up the check. The supervisor who gave the estimate never answers his phone or responds to messages. Then the owner evelyn calls me after 3 days to tell me they dont trust me and they are not obligated to work for me. She starts shouting me down and says that i am making up my own rules. I really think this is not a legit operation. Use them at your own risk

MMK did a wonderful job on my marble floors. I would highly recommend MMK to anyone needing their marble floors restored and polished.

Miami Marble Kings are the Kings of Marble floors....they just did my floors, and it came out awsome....!!! Very professional, respectful and hard working workers they worked my marble until it was a mirror.....I would recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on their floors. The owners are exceptional in dealing with clients, Way to go guys.....!!!! Wish you guys the best for the future.....Love my floor!!!!
