 + -1 moreI originally spoke to Daniel/Miami High Rise Window Cleaning about cleaning just my apartments window. I live in a high rise condo in the Brickell area of Miami. After he arrived at the building we realized that there was actually a need for the entire building to be cleaned. After he spoke with building management about it they came to an agreement and within a few days he cleaned the entire building. His work was good. The windows were cleaned well with no streaks or spots. There were also stickers on some fo the windows that he completely removed. I give his work an A+. The only issue i really had was comunication. COmmunication with daniel was a bit sketchy at time however we did manage to get the job done which is what is most important. I definitely recommend communicating with him via email and/or text. I will recommend Miami High Rise Window Cleaning in the future.. Good Job.. Thank you..

 + -1 moreDaniel emailed me the morning of the appointment which I had made over a week in advance. He said and quot;something came up and I wont be coming todayand quot;. No apology, no explanation. I was so disappointed as I just moved into my new condo and needed the windows cleaned so I could enjoy the view. I never heard from him again. I give Daniel a D because he let me know he wasn't coming.

 + -1 moreGreat job. Very thorough. Even things I told him not to worry about (because of difficulty of reaching items) he figured out a way and did them anyway.
Description of Work: Washed the windows of my 2nd & 3rd floor condo consisting of 3 sets of glass doors and 5 other windows. Outside and in as well as the screens. Removed paint specks and other marking on the windows
