Richard took time to explain everything about bugs and insects in my yard and solutions he could provide

I had to call them back out because I was still seeing roaches. For the amount of money I paid, that should not have been an issue. I was told that it would take 4 hours and he was finished in less than two, which makes me feel like the job was not done completely. There was also a language barrier. The exterminator who came, did not speak much English, but he was really nice. I also told them that I would discuss spraying the yard with them once they came. He sprayed the yard without me authorizing it and charged me for it. It's been 3 weeks and I don't see many roaches, but the ant problem has migrated to the second floor, which means I have to call them back out. The plus side is they come back for up to two months to spray again.

The first night in a few weeks I can rest without seeing live ticks. Juan came and was very friendly and professional. He explained everything I needed to know. I took the dogs out for tick baths. Richard, EXCELLENT I wanted to thank you for your outstanding service both the treatment done and your technician Juan. within two weeks our mice problem is gone, I would recommend to any homeowner who needs pest control work done to call your company! Linda/Michelle El Portal, Fl Juan believes that a pregnant mouse came in doing colder weather and he said good sign that he collected 6 small mice today. He and Valentine went throughout garage,kitchen area, A/C closet and my bedroom filled with a special form they can't chew though. Had the sides of garage door and under backdoor blocked sealed. Also placed a trap box by garbage bin area and more under house. Juan will be back out Thursday to recheck and inspect. This is Juan, our happy pest control guy/

We had a severe problem with gnats and some silver fish in the building. I had called one of the "big" companies and it was a total failure. Then I called Florida Environmental Exterminators. They came in the very same day, gave us a quote, and immediately proceeded with the treatments. NO MORE BUGS!!! From the very first moment! Then they came to re-treat the area to make sure everything was dead (included in the price). Worth EVERY PENNY!!!
