UPON THE FIRST PULL, ALL THE STITCHES ON THE LEADING EDGE PULLED OUT DUE TO DRY ROT. THEY HAPPILY TOOK MY PATIO AWNING BACK TO THE SHOP WHERE THEY RE-STITCHED THE LEADING EDGE AND ALSO REPLACED THE WHITE PIPING AT THE BOTTOM . iT MAKES THE AWNING LOOK NEW. IT WAS INSTALLED 10 DAYS AFTER THEY TOOK IT BACK TO THE SHOP. THE QUALITY AND TIMELINESS OF THEIR WORK WAS FANTASTIC!!!!

Great job. Lovely awning and very professional installation.

We never got past the proposal stage. The follow up to the estimate and to offering options and explaining residential coding rules was non-existent. Weeks went by, no calls were made to us with options even after reaching out to management. Overall highly disappointed in this company's customer service.

Very disappointed - they claim there is a $1,200 minimum order. A standard door awning for residential home does NOT cost $1200 !! obviously, going for big orders not standard home owners that need a small job done.

I received several estimates and in my opinion this company is the best. I dealt with Bob and he was extremely nice and professional. Always on time for our appointments and everyone I spoke to within the company was very nice and courteous. I decided to go with this company because there price was very fair and I felt they were very honest and didn't BS me about permitting and engineering. I would absolutely recommend this company A+++++ I will be sure to write another review upon completion?

I had a good experience with them. I used them about 6 months back and am planning to use them again on a bigger project. The only issue I had at that time is that one of the owners had left to start his own company and the other owner stayed with the company. There was a little back and forth, but once we got that cleared up the service was good. Once we got that cleared up every time I called them they were right there on the spot. The permit process was excellent and they got it approved as fast as they could and were experienced with the inspectors. I am happy with the job. They were great. Any questions I had they got back to me within the same day if possible. They were really good and had a good price. I was very impressed and they were very professional.

Everything was good. Only complaint is that the work took longer than we expected. But everyone was courteous and professional and the finished work looks good.

Their price is expensive and I was able to get a price that is half of that.

They always do a good job. They do quality work, they do it quick, they do it thoroughly and they stay behind the work. They come and take awnings for me before the storm and put them back after. They are top quality all the way. I have tried using another company at one time and was extremely disappointed and will always go back to Miami Awning Company. They are a little more expensive but they are a lot more better.

Based on the proposal quality (terrible) we did NOT use this provider.

Instead of coming out and doing it as a service call, they sent someone out that does estimates for half price to fix it.
