EXCELLENT JOB

My husband bought the "detailing" offer through Angie's List as a surprise, because I usually clean my own van regularly. Unfortunately, I ended up being disappointed. The first time I called to find out when we could take it in for the detailing (in case it needed to be scheduled), I never received a call back. My husband called a couple of times and finally got through. My husband then took the van in for me. When he returned and I opened the door, I could tell immediately that it was not detailed. There were even wrappers in one of the cup holders. The stains on the upholstery, which were dime-sized, were not removed (I easily removed them with an upholstery cleaner a week later). Also, the vinyl on the side of the back seats was not cleaned (there was still a bit of chocolate that my son had spilled). My husband didn't stick around to watch them clean the van, but he assured me that, if not the interior, the exterior of the van was cleaned well. I know that it was waxed because of the beading, but I could've done a better job on the wheels. The price would have been excellent, if they would have actually "detailed" the interior. I was quite disappointed and it's too bad... I wanted the outcome to be a good one, since it was my husband's gift to me.

Effortless!

Overall, it went well until I was ready to leave. When the car was finished & I was ready to leave, the man cleaning the car in front of mine refused to move it so I could exit & I had to sit there for 20 min. until I finally went inside & complained. They came out & told him to move it, which he did after another 5 minutes. I think if you pay $150 to detail your car, you should have a bit more consideration. My main goal had been to get the stale cigarette smell out of the car I had recently bought, (the dealer couldn't) & they did accomplish that. I have no complaints about the service.

YOU CAN'T GO WRONG .. THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Our car had been sitting for six months while we were at our summer home .. under a cover BUT still getting VERY dusty and dirty inside and out! I have been diagnosed with a very serious lung disease .. taking 4 antibiotics a day .. that results in dust triggering terrible coughing! Really a bad situation. I checked Angie's List .. saw the good reviews for Miami Auto Spa and decided to take our auto there right away upon our arrival back in Miami. I emailed Shawn at Shawn@MiamiAutoSpa.com .. asked if the Angie's list could be used for interior cleaning also. He said YES either interior or exterior! You should also be aware that they can STEAM CLEAN the interior .. that was REALLY important to me due to my dust mite allergy problem! He told me to speak to Mike, the Manager for any further questions I might have. I spoke to Mike and he could not have been more helpful. Because my husband is not feeling great at this time .. Mike set up an appointment at 10 am this morning so my husband would not have to wait in line too long ... Mike could not have been nicer. Well, my husband just called me. The car is done and my husband can't believe the job they did! My husband said not only did they carefully steam clean the interior but carefully cleaned things like the roof, floor, seat belts, side pockets, cup holders, cleaned leather seats .. just EVERYTHING! We are not "spring chickens"! .. and my husband said of all the car detailing he has had done this is absolutely the best he has ever seen done on any car ever! How about that?! (By the way .. the fellow who did the interior detailing made the point of showing my husband what he had done to make sure my husband was satisfied .. excellent fellow .. good job!) We have a measly Toyota Avalon .. not like all the BMW, Mercedes etc he saw there who my husband said were obviously long time satisfied customers .. BUT my husband purchased the package coupons for the future .. we are DEFINITELY future customers!

We delivered the car around 9:00 and pick-it up after 2:00 PM. I inspected the car the day after at home and was impressed on the exterior detailed, and the car looked almost brand new. On the interior detailed the work performed was good. My only negative comment is that I had an exterior detail performed on another car the same day, which looked fine but not as good as the first one.

The car was left like new. They did a wonderful job.

It was great. We have a Mercedes and we dropped it off and picked it up. The front desk was professional. They did a full detailing, and did a great job.

It was very good. It was only light. The service was very good and we thought they did a great job with the car.

All services were performed as promised. We were happy with quality.

Buy the multiple wash packages. They are the best deal in town. They do a good job at a more than reasonable price.

Good job overall. may need to pay extra next time for a more thorough cleaning inside the car however. There was still dust in some of the cup holders and the dashboard could have used a bit more of a wipe but still not bad for the price paid. The carpets and floor were immaculate however. Compared to other car cleaning services in Miami they are one of the better overall experiences. They were friendly and professional and the waiting area is comfortable and air conditioned with cable TV. They work very quickly so my wait was only about 35 minutes despite being pretty busy.

Car cleaning, good but pricey

It was a pleasant experience and my vehicle looks incredible. They finished it at the time that they said they would.

Popular car cash and detailing. I arrived and there were no less and a dozen and a half cars in what seemed to be a small space. Attention was fast. I asked for their complete "gold" treatment for a mid sized SUV, inside and out. Much better than other places I've been and this time my car was much dirtier than before, so there was more work to do. In fact, i had been delaying getting the car clean as previous services around town had not been to my liking. They estimated 2 hours, although their signs said 3. They completed the job in 1 1/2 hours. Staff is young, and I actually did not expect the professionalism and cordiality from such young guys. This will be car wash from now on. I can add that as I waited in their air conditioned waiting room, it was clear that most of the clients ae repeat customers and the staff knew many by name. There all kinds of cars and clents too, from the fastidious "finally bought my Porsche at 50 guy" to the mother of three with a four door ford, so even though I picked an expensive all in treatment, They obviously have options that are cheaper and much faster. As I waited I saw most cars where in and out in some 20 minutes. They are also opened on Sundays, which at least for me is a plus.

Excellent - Great place and very clean and friendly atmosphere with large lounge with Great Air Conditioning!
