Miami Air Duct Cleaning

On 5/21, I made an appointment for air duct cleaning service on 5/23. Service was to be rendered between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. On 5/23 at 11:00 a.m., since I had not heard from this company, I called them to confirm my service. The person responded that they needed to speak to dispatch and that they would call me back; I gave them my cellular number to return the call. By 2:30, still no return call so I telephoned the company again to determine when the service person would arrive. This time I was told that they were running a little late and that it would be another 30 to 40 minutes before they arrived. Once again I waited. At 4:00 p.m. I called again asking about service and was again told it would be another 30 minutes. I told the person that I was told that at 2:30 p.m. Nevertheless, I agreed to wait another thirty minutes; but waited longer. At 4:45 p.m. I telephoned again but this time had the good sense to tell the person that I would not be using their services. They offered me a $15.00 discount off of a $55.00 fee. I explained that the money was not the issue at all. I also promised that since I had found them through Angie's List that I would be leaving a review about this on this site.
