Melissa was outstanding! I contacted her in April for an estimate. She advised me to perform certain repairs and upgrades and also referred me a a handyman who was EXCELLENT! The house was listed in mid-May. We held an open house the first weekend and accepted an offer a day later. The house was on the market for six days! I truly appreciate her expertise and no- nonsense approach. Melissa has been a joy to deal with and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Melissa was terrific as our Real Estate agent to sell my Mother’s house during a difficult time. My parents were looking to sell their house and move to a smaller place, but at first we wanted to get a lay of the land. We contacted Melissa and we were able to discuss our situation with her and what we wanted to do. She gave us great information and recommendations on how to begin our search. Though she offered to take us to properties that she would find based on our goals, we decided not to as our preliminary search, following her recommendations, found the situation prohibitive for my parent's goals at the moment. Thus, my parents decided to stay in their current house and not sell.
