 + 0 moreI called the company to schedule an appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 5 PM. I called the company at 4:50 PM to confirm and the person that was suppose to come to my house said that he forgot he had an appointment with me. How is that to start a business relationship?

 + -1 moreWonderful people - called and came exactly when they said they would. Completed the task quickly and efficiently. Left the space clean and disposed of old mirrors. Very helpful, wish I had more mirrors for them to remove! I thought they were a little expensive, but there is a lot to be said for reliability.
Description of Work: Removed floor to ceiling mirrors that had been glued to my condo walls.

 + -1 moreThe crew was on time, efficient and pleasant. They explained why the mirror had fallen (not enough mastic) and precisely what they were doing during the repair. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and left the bathroom looking like new.
Description of Work: A very heavy 5' x 5' bathroom wall mirror had fallen away from the wall and was leaning precariously on a towel rack. Baltasar and a co-worker came and completely removed the mirror, applied new mastic and reinstalled the mirror.

 + -1 moreAfter searching for 5 months for someone to come for a small glass job, I saw this van on our street. I stopped and asked for an estimate. He called the owner, and was there within 10 minutes. A written estimate was given and the glass was installed 2 days later. Courteous, professional, and on time.
