+ 0 moreFrom start to finish, I was pleased with the professionalism of Mr. Levandusky. His estimate was right on the nose. He showed up on time, did the work he was supposed to do and cleaned up everything. He and a helper moved my furniture with care and were careful with breakables. After the job was completed, I found a few spots that needed attention and he returned immediately to do this. He was pleasant and polite and I recommend him to friends and family.
Description of Work: Removed old tile and carpet and prepared floors for installation of porcelain tile. Installed tile.

+ 0 moreThe results were outstanding. All work was professionally completed. Clean up was thorough and detailed. Matt's helpers were attentive to following his lead and they worked extremely well as a team. Recommend Matt Levandusky above all others for professional ceramic tile installation.
Description of Work: Job was to perform ceramic tile work in a condominium master bedroom. Provided a written estimate and work proposal in a professional and timely manner. Filed for and obtained all appropriate town permits and authorizations. Tasks performed included procuring and installing Masonite covering for building common areas used for work and product transit. Deliver tile and cork underlay from vendors. Remove existing carpet and underlay and dispose of off premises. The project was completed a day ahead of schedule and in four days. Matt arrived on time, promptly commenced work and kept an outstandingly clean work area. His attention to detail was unsurpassed. His skills with ceramic tile installation were superb and the best we have observed. He maintained a smooth working, business like relationship with the condominium staff. Clean up and final sealing and buffing provided a great looking, beautifully finished flooring project.
