The entire process from start to finish went flawlessly. Rafael runs the company and is a real professional. His initial estimate was timely and competitive. The actual work commenced as-agreed. You can tell that all of his staff has been with him for some time. All of them were very careful and respectful. Every possible place that they could have taken a precaution - even so far as temporarily leaning a piece of tile or glass against a wall - they put a towel/rag to prevent damaging either. The world was completed in a timely manner, and I even saw the business-owner roll up his sleeves and finish some detail minutiae himself. I have had the misfortune of having gone through 3 different tile companies for this type of work, always with disappointing results. I am very pleased that I have finally found Master Floor Corp who will always be our company for flooring, tile and bathroom renovations.
