After visiting a few different carpet stores and feeling like we at used car lots we were so happy to walk into Master Carpet. They were so helpful and knowledgable and we didn't feel like we were being pushed into a sale. When we finally figured out what we wanted with Martha's help the price was comparable or better than the other stores we'd visited. The installers came on time and did a great job. We continue to be happy with our carpets and would go back to Master at any point in the future.

Excellent service at the store when we selected the carpet. Everything went quickly and easily, in stark contrast to my experience at Home Depot, which involved hours of sitting with the Home Depot sales rep to do the paperwork, only to be called later to be told the carpet was not in stock. All told, I spent 4+ hours at Home Depot, but eventually decided to look elsewhere. I was pleased I did. Master Carpet was professional, friendly and professional. I was able to get a better carpet for the same price as I would have paid Home Depot. I handled the installation though my tenants and the carpet was beautifully done.

Helpful and friendly. They work around my limited budget and preference. i am very happy with the end product. I visited the show room, picked out a carpet and set a date for installation. installation crew arrived on time and did a tremendous job. I had set a section of the floor boards too high yet you can not tell because of the work done by this crew. The carpet was raised in that area to coverup the imperfection. The extra effort is greatly appreciated.

Both people in the store were very helpful. Not knowing much about carpeting, I told them what I was looking for and asked for a recommendation. I was directed to a carpet that met my criteria. I didn't have to think about it, other than color selection. I was limited in what I could spend and was shown a carpet that seemed to be of better quality than what I had seen elsewhere. The price was very reasonable and included a good quality padding plus installation. They showed up as scheduled to take room measurements, the carpet arrived in the store about a week later and installation was scheduled 2 business days later. The Installers were professional, did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I received a follow up call from the store that same day to make sure I was happy. Everything went as planned . It was a pleasure doing business with them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

When I went to the office (which I had difficulty finding because they had moved and the new address wasn't the one listed with Angie's list) I explained what I needed and was shown several options, all of which had color choices that matched what I wanted. The owner came within a week to measure and in two days I had an estimate. About 2 weeks later, the capet was installed -- the installer were on time, cleaned up after themselves, hauled away the old carpet and were extremely good. A follow up phone call from the office was received a couple of days after the installation asking if it had met my needs. I did need more information on the carpet because one of the requirements is a dry cleaning every 18 months to preserve the warranty and I wasn't sure about spot treatments.

They were really good. We had a lot of difficult to fit room because they were all not square and they were able to fit everything without any seam. The lady advised me to get a larger size roll and using that they got everything to fit. I talked to her about the measurements of the room and the only came out once to have it fixed. She was able to recommend a certain kind of carpet because we told her that we wanted good quality carpet. They have their own people do the installation and not contractors, so they always have the same people come out.

I spoke with Omar Gonzalez and the best thing he did was guide me through the green, standard wood and laminate alternatives and how they are effected by the Miami weather conditions. He really listened to what I wanted and needed and came up with a fabulous option. His installers were extremely professional, went above and beyond and did a superb job.

The owner helped me immensely in choosing the type and design of flooring. He was SO patient in explaining and recommending different designs, giving me the pros and cons of each. He helps you choose what is right for YOU, not the most expensive. I am so glad that I deferred to his judgment. The installation team was also great--polite, hardworking, arrived on time and worked late. The installers' expertise was readily apparent, they took great pride in the finished look and the small details. I have had nothing but compliments from everyone visiting my home. I highly recommend Master Carpet, they go the extra mile to ensure you're completely pleased with the job. They are the BEST, I actually miss having them around the house.

Their installers are permanent employees, not subs. Juan arrived on time and did an EXPERT job installing it--definitely, the most professional installation I've ever seen. There was a small charge for moving our massive furniture and they did this without complaint. I'll be going back to them soon to carpet my livingroom. I recommend them highly and without reservations. They are a small family business with superb and prompt customer service. It was a positive experience from start to finish. WE HAVE USED THEM ONCE BEFORE. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND EVEN HAULED OUR OLD CARPET AND PADDING AWAY FOR FREE. THEY GET THE JOB DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER.

MASTER CARPET PUT THE CARPET IN A SMALL ROOM IN MY HOME. I HAVE DEALT WITH THEM IN THE PAST AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A VERY GOOD JOB AND BEEN HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY FAIR AND VERY REASONABLE. WE FELT THEY WERE DEPENDABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER SERVICES. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

THIS COMPANY HAS A WIDE SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY NEVER HAD TO RESCHEDULE ANY APPOINTMENTS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH FRAYING AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT TO FIX IT THE VERY NEXT DAY.
