+ -1 moreThe price was extremely fair especially since he had to come out twice. He had some difficulty getting to the unit to repair but he was very determined. He arrived spot on when he said he would, and he was very professional. It was wonderful experience. He also guarantees the work. He seems like a one man operation which I really like.
Description of Work: My AC unit had been sporadically leaking around the vent and then it had gone into the ceiling.

+ -1 moreMr. Masseus came to check why the A/C was no longer cooling. He was on time, professional and provided very good advice and service. He checked the vents for air output, checked the condenser, then advised that we had a small leak. Rather than charging us for an entire new unit, as he could not pinpoint the leak, he filled the unit with coolant and told us to keep an eye on it. If the air ran hot again, he suggested that we would need a new one. He even stayed and measured the temperature and air output after refilling the unit. So far, we've had no further problems. We would not hesitate to use Mark Masseus Cooling again. We recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Mark Masseus measured air output from the conditioner ducts / vents. He checked the compressor, examined it for leaks, then filled it with coolant.

Description of Work: My AC unit was not working than i call Masseus Cooling , he came out and diagnose the problem. He find out that the condensar fan motor was good . He gave me a fair estimate and went to buy it . came back with the part and intalled it .
