Major Tile & Marble Installation

The experience was a complete nightmare. I had to constantly keep calling them to get them to come and continue the work. The installers and the owner do not speak english which made it very challenging for me to communicate when we had issues. One of their installers was very pleasant but another one that I believe was subcontracted had a horrible attitude. I could tell he was bad-mouthing me and making comments to the other installer when I was asking them some question in my limited Spanish/English. Job was supposed to be completed by August 15th so we can move in. We moved in August 15th to a job that was started a day or two earlier. We could not unpack anything because the tile was not installed. The day we moved in they were still laying tile and left the edges incomplete so we could not unbox anything. They didn't finish the majority until August 23rd. We could finally unpack except for one room that was supposed to have been completed first before everything else. That last piece was done on September 10th. The tile installation is done very poorly. Grout is missing in many places. The edging looks like a child did it; it's extremely sloppy and looks horrible. There is so much grout missing from the edges that it looks like someone that has never done tile tried to install it. They were supposed to come back for a few other unfinished things and as of June 2014(Almost a year later) we have not heard from them. My assumption is they think the work is done. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
