+ -1 moreInstallation was good, but the problem arise after 1 year. I had issues with the coil, when I contacted this gentlemen for repairs he gave me the run around, He finally showed up and he mentioned the coil was damaged, he only put gas instead of changing the coil. It worked for a while, but again I'm having issues with the unit, I already called him several times without answer. I finally decided to contact the Maker Company direct (Goodman) they are sending someone because I'm still on warranty and the air is not cooling. In Florida that is not good specially in the summer months. I would not recommend this company for anything. Thank you, Francisco Martinez (305) 458-8323 Miami, Florida
