Usualmente siempre voy a Home Depot porque su customer service es siempre muy bien hoy decidí venir a lowes de kendall a comprar un band door y estado esperando casi 20 minutos porque alguien me venga ayudar Jose la persona encargada de este departamento muy amable ha tratado de ayudarnos pero está ocupado con un cliente y al parecer lowes no entrena a más de un empleado para que hagan el mismo trabajo más de 3 empleados sentados y solo José nos puede ayudar lláme por teléfono a customer service pensando obtener ayuda y una muchacha me dice q solo José lo puede hacer wow q desastre y q mal servicio espero seguir visitando Home Depot y asi lowes seguirá perdiendo clientes hasta que sólo pondrán vender online muy mal servicio

Their customer service is horrendous. I ordered a chandelier on June 1st that was to be delivered to their location on Wednesday, June 3rd. Fortunately, I called that day before driving out there to ensure that it had been received. I was informed that it was in transit and would be received in the next day or two. On Friday, June 7, I called and once again was told it was in transit and would be received in the next day or two. I tried for a final time on Sunday, June 7 and was once again told that it had been shipped but had not been received. I told them that didn't do me any good because I had an appointment for Monday morning for the chandelier to be installed. Since they didn't have it and had no idea where it was, I cancelled the order. Their customer servIce rep told me that I'd receive an email confirmation of the cancellation, but I have yet to receive it. As a final indication of Lowe's overall customer service, I called their 1-800 number to voice my concern and to inquire whether another location had the light in stock. Their customer service rep took down my info, said she would check for me, and then placed me on hold. I waited twenty minutes for her to come back on the line before finally giving up and hanging up the phone. I will never again make the mistake of attempting to purchase an item or appliance from Lowe's.

They have always been good. I like Lowes. It is a nice store with good customer service. They are always helpful and very local.
