home inspection
+ -1 moreThey were very responsive to our call. He was very nice and personable. We just need the report to be given to us, but he is ignoring us.
Description of Work: He came out last Wednesday to do a home inspection. He said he would give us the report by email that day. We didn't have the report on Thursday, so we called him to receive it. He kept promising to give us the report by a certain time, but this never happened. The insurance company intervened, but he did not respond. The report never showed up and we've been calling him repeatedly for it.
