+ -1 moreCharlie arrived on time. He initially quoted a price that I thought was much too high. He immediately lowered the price by about 25%. He claimed that the plates on the door were not installed properly by the door contractor. The contractor had to show him how to adjust the plates by loosening two screws. After the contractor left, he complained that "that's not my job" (to adjust the plates). He then insisted I make out the check to "Cash". When I objected, he said he had to "get my commission" out of the job.
Description of Work: Installed new hardware and locks on 8 French Doors in my home.

+ -1 moreI WAS AMAZED WITH HOW FAST THEY SHOWED UP. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND DIDN'T BREAK ANYTHING. IT ONLY TOOK THEM ABOUT FIVE MINUTES TO OPEN MY DOOR. THEY ARE REALLY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: THEY UNLOCKED THE BACK DOOR FOR ME AFTER I LOCKED MYSELF OUT.
