+ -1 moreAt first, a $7000+ landscaping job seemed to go well. Carlos Lobo was responsive, gave a reasonable price and his assistant ALVARO ALVAREZ, was personable and knowledgeable. As job progressed, it was clear they were having personnel problems with the workers who did little without supervison leading to excessive delays and causing sod to rot before being laid. 2 months into a supposedly 2-3 week job, ALVARO ALVAREZ picked up an $850 check for plants and labor in order to complete the job and correct problems, promising to the job the NEXT day on August 28, 2018, After dozens of calls and unkept promises I can only conclude 5 months later the hey simply STOLE the money. WOULD NOT HIRE.
