+ -1 moreExcellent! Called Omar day after Christmas and he was able to come out same day. He was right on time, called when on the way, and he and his helper were the utmost professionals. Replaced the outlet, circuit breaker and another outlet in the house that wasn't working.
Description of Work: We needed a new outlet and circuit breaker for our Washing Machine. Old outlet was sparking when we plugged machine in and machine wouldn't completely a wash cycle.

I coordinated for a Saturday morning and the only time he had which was at 8am which I then agreed as I need the service on a Saturday. I scheduled with him three days before. Then, he attempts to confirm and as I am unavailable while in the hospital I couldn't respond nor was aware. Then, the next morning (day of the appointment) he calls to confirm 15 minutes before so when we speak he now tells me he can come over but it will be later because he was already redirecting to another task at which time I couldn't because of other scheduled appointments. At this point, he sounded as it was more of an inconvenience to actually keep the appointment as scheduled. What is the point of scheduling. Had the confirmation been the priority I wish he would have been professional enough to inform me that I need to confirm before he arbitrarily begins to deprioritize our scheduled appointment.

Description of Work: Needed Omar to check out and fix the electricity of a home I was buying. I had major issues with the Seller... which resulted in Omar not doing the work... Not my decision! Omar was super nice and patient with me and the painful real estate transaction.
