LETTY'S EXECUTIVE SERVICE

Letty gave me an estimate for 1 job, planting trees for $3000, which he did. However he neglected to water the trees as he put them in the ground, so they have started to die, even though I hand water them everyday. On the second job, to be completed immediately after the tree planting, Letty charged me $2200. He was supposed to clean up the yard, trim the trees, mow the lawn, landscape the back yard, and haul away the trash. I paid him in full on May 5th. He went to the bank that morning and cashed my check. He took off and did not show up for 3 days. I called him screaming and told him to come and get to work. He showed up the following day and half finished the job. The yard today (May 30th) is a mess, with some plants still sitting in pots. The ones he planted were so poorly done, that you can simply pull them out of the ground. Now I have to find someone to complete the job and clean up Letty"s mess. I have called him three times since Thursday (May 26) . His phone goes to voice mail as he refuses to take my calls. While Letty was in my yard, he made a point of talking to all the neighbors trying to drum up more business. He even took time out from my work to make a little extra money trimming my neighbor's tree. Upon meeting Letty, he appears professional and seems to know a lot about trees, plants, etc . Do not be fooled. Do not pay this man in advance. Do not pay him at all until you are completely satisfied with the work.

The bushes were trimmed and the trees cut, then a few days later after I complained that the job was never finshed a guy showed up at my house and started spraying my plants and handed my a bill for $165.00!! Letty told him to give it to me and I wss to pay cash. No thanks. I gave the guy $50 for his materials and asked him to leave. As its stands almost ten days later my grass is a foot high, and full of weedes./ Lettys crw cut back trees we agreed would be dug up and save for later landscaping. Basically disaster. DO NOT PAY HIM UNTIL you are 100% satisfied.

Excellent work! Since the first job when he re-did my front lawn I have used him to re-do the back and slowly over time re-place old plants with new ones. Very knowledgeable about tropical vegetation. Willing to work within your budget. Have patience with him - he is busy and projects can take some time, but he always finishes what he promises and does great work. He has also connected me with other services (tree trimming, sprinklers, painter, exterminators).
