This team is just about the best thing that ever happened to the South Florida real estate industry. I have never worked with such caring and professional people. Leslie and Meg (del Valle) went above and beyond in listing and showing our home. They were so generous with their time and took such good care of our home when showing it. They are also extremely knowledgeable and full of resources. While the house was on the market, they helped us identify potential problems and provided us very good referrals to other professionals as they were needed to address those issues. We had a very difficult situation and were up front with them when we listed the house. Although the asking price was very high, they were willing to take the listing -- knowing that we may not be able to sell it. Because of our financial circumstances -- we could not lower the price and we were asking top-dollar. They showed the house to so many people and never lost faith or their enthusiasm in showing it. In the end, because our circumstances changed, we decided to hold-off on the sale or rental. Leslie and Meg were so gracious and kind when we told them of our decision. They really cared about us and wanted what worked best for us. I have used Leslie for all of my real estate transactions since I met her over ten years ago -- that is how she succeeds -- she has clients that she has worked with for over twenty-years.
