Overall Leo came across as a complete idiot.
Description of Work: I called Leo to get an estimate for wallpapering. In our initial phone call his first question was "what is the address?" I gave him the closest intersection, as I am not interested in giving out my home address to just anyone. I tried to ask him a question, but he again asked me the address. I told him that I thought that it was premature for me to be providing my personal home address. I attempted to ask another question. He then said "so it's at the corner of X and Y?" Which was not even the intersection that I had initially given him. I said no, and gave him the intersection again. I again tried to ask him a question. He answered with - "is it an office or a house?" I told him that it was a townhouse and again attempted to ask a question. He responded with - yes, wait for it - your guess is right - "WHAT IS THE EXACT ADDRESS"!!! Thus, I gave up, this guy is an idiot and I wouldn't want him within a mile of my house.

Hello, I would like to explain the reason why I asked this lady her home address. First, I would like to apologize if you got the wrong idea, but I feel that I must see the project before I can create any kind of estimate for anyone. I was actually working at the moment I took the call, I was a little bit in a rush and I wanted to know if her location was close to where I was working that day. I am a professional and responsible person and only look to satisfy my customers. I have a family and really don't appreciate anyone scrutinizing my work over a misunderstanding before actually meeting me. Leo.

He was the best service provider that I've ever had for my home. He was early, did a perfect job with a very difficult wallpaper and his price was very reasonable.
