Leakworks owner returned my first call the same day and worked around my schedule by coming to my house at the crack of dawn so I could get to work as soon as possible. He said this was the earliest appointment he ever had. He arrived promptly at 7:45am as he said he would & got to work right away. I have a pool & an elevated Spa that flows over into the pool. After diving the COLD pool for about an hour looking for the problem, he found it. The bottom row of tiles (about a foot under the waterline) under my Spa had a crack where it met the pool wall, he filled it with alot of epoxy. He also found a small leak inside my skimmer right at the waterline, so any water movement would cause it to leak from there to until the water level was too low to reach it. He also sealed that with Epoxy. It has now been over 2 months & I have no leaks! I do have to say that I had tried my best to find these leaks myself & I also hired 2 different companies to try to find it but all other efforts failed & the last company told me it was in my main drain & the bottom of the pool has to be cut out to replace it & a very high cost. I'm glad I tried one more time with Leakworks....this is a Trustworthy company, honest & very professional & easy to work with. I will not hesitate to use them again for any pool work in the future.

Showed up on time and had fix completed in about 20 minutes. It was what he had said was likely over the phone. Even took a few minutes to discuss another pool issue. I would use him again for any other pool leak issues.

I found my pool to be losing close to three inches of water a day, and its about a 37,000 gallon pool. I called two places using Google, then found Leakworks on Angie's List. John was personable, and explained his procedure and price clearly on the phone, and was cheaper then both other companies. I called on a Monday afternoon and John was able to come to my house Wednesday morning. He literally rang the door bell at the exact time he stated, 10AM on the dot, and also called me 10 minutes prior to state he was on his way. John found my leak, in the skimmer basket, within minutes of showing up. He still put on his wet-suit and scuba gear, and searched my entire pool for more leaks. Luckily, I only had the one leak, which John fixed for me. The repair was included in his price, and he repaired the bottom of my skimmer basket better than it was prior using hydrolic cement. The job cost exactly what John quoted me over the phone and he also gave me great advice on my pool since I ma a relatively new homeowner with a first time pool. I was a very pleased customer and will definitely call him again if I ever have any pool related issues.

First, John called me back right after I left a message about a leak in my pool. We set up a time for him to come out a couple of days later. John came out right on time and was in the pool looking for the leak. Within an hour or two he had found the leak and fixed the problem. I would recommend Leak Works to anyone with a leak in their pool. John is professional and courteous and gets the job done right away.

He is excellent. He comes within a day or two. He came out because my pump was making weird noises. He told me to wait to replace the pump. He is honest, hardworking and comes out quickly.
