I deal with all trades on a daily basis and can say that the level of skill in South Florida is concerning. LC Painting is an exception. They met and surpassed my expectation by a long shot. Working with LC Painting Contractors was a seamless process from our first meeting to the finished product. The owner, Luis was quick to respond to my request, he came out same day and sent me a quote the very next day. He worked with me and my needs related to the association approval. He communicated often and kept me posted on his prior projects so I knew when mine would begin, once I received the association approval to proceed. Luis’ team showed up daily to my house at 8 am to get started. They worked as much as they could around some bad weather we were having. Despite that, they completed my entire painting and pressure washing project in a week’s time. Luis asked me to do a walk through to check for any areas that needed further attention and I honestly could not find any. He and his team are perfectionists and do the job right the first time. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

The whole team was fantastic. LC Painting Contractor, Inc. won my wife's confidence by helping to think through color and wall-finishing. Then they selected a team of individuals that would be a good fit for us. We had some pretty tight timelines in which to get work done before moving into our new home, and they executed on the timelines we were left with given all other activities going on. Lastly, they showed the utmost respect for me, my family and our new home. Tremendous team effort. I would recommend them to everyone for any size project.

Luis is a pleasure to work with. He and his crew painted our house completely two years ago. We recently had the roof replaced, and they returned to pressure clean, prime and paint new wood, and touch up the house. Great job each time. Luis and his team were very professional, always on time through the entire project. They worked with us and were able to complete the project in four days with no inconvenience to our day to day business movement. Finished project came out amazing, we highly would recommend LC Painting Contractors for any painting size project.

A week ago I requested a quote from this contractor via the Angie’s List website. The next day, after getting no response, I called the company directly and left a follow-up voice mail. I still have not heard anything back. (Meanwhile, two other contractors called me within a couple of hours of my submitting a quote request to them. I chose one. The painting of my house started today!)

LC Painting’s work was outstanding. The job was done per the proposal the company submitted and exceeded our expectations in their attention to details. Luis, the owner, was attentive and exhibited great customer relations and constant communications. He supervised the work of his employees and performed work himself. It all went extremely well, and very high quality of work was performed on time. Louis responded promptly to our request for a quote. He was able to address all our concerns such as fixing damaged fascia board and painting around my own personal decorations ( very small brushes required). His crew worked very carefully, precisely and cleanly. They were always on time and extremely friendly. I have over 100 orchids and many other plants they had to work around and none were damaged.
