We found LC Construction on Angie's List. The owner, Luiggi Cesti was amazing! From the moment he came to our home to discuss our project it was clear he would spend the time and effort to make sure that the complete remodel of our backyard would meet our expectations and our budget. Every step of the way, from the video design to the finished product, he was attentive to the tiniest details and gave valuable advice on where to save money and when not to cut corners. He always offered less expensive options and new design ideas to help us achieve our dream pool. He is a great designer and contractor in one and the perfect partner to work with, especially on such a large project. No matter how many times we made changes or needed to visit suppliers to choose materials, he was patient, kind and giving of his time. He and his subs were professional, reliable and did quality work. All the work was permitted and inspections all went well. Before choosing Luiggi, we spoke with and visited some of his past clients (his suggestion) and they all spoke extremely highly of him. Now we know why. Just like all his other former clients, we would hire him again to do ANY job at our home he would be willing to take on.

I first hired Luiggi Cesti and LC Construction over 10 years ago to remodel my 1970’s house– 3 bathrooms, crown molding, removed popcorn ceiling, tile, painting, etc. Later on LC added a Jacuzzi, refinished my pool and changed the outside tile. LC also recommended a great roofing contractor, hurricane shutter vendor and driveway vendor for me. The workers were always very professional and trustworthy. I have always been very happy with the results. Definitely would highly recommend LC Construction

Pool looks great !! Luiggi at LC const. was great to work with. He was super courteous throughout all my requests, and he was there throughout the whole job to insure things got done correctly. Not only was pool working great after job was finished, but also I have been able to keep it working and looking great thanks to the knowledge that Luiggi gave me on how to take care of the pool afterwards. Excellent, I'm glad that I chose them to build my pool and spa in Miami, FL. They provided timely and personalized service throughout the construction and also made sure that I learned everything I needed to know to maintain my pool and equipment in optimal condition. LC Construction has always performed their work in a professional and expedient manner. Their staff and subs are courteous, knowledgeable and organized. They clean their work areas as the job progresses and maintain safe work environment. All of the projects were completed on budget and well within schedule. The only change orders submitted were those that we requested and initiated. LC Construction is a company that I have no hesitation in recommending or hiring for future projects.

We had a great experience. Everything went smooth and fast. There were no problem with the permits. Luigi was very detail oriented and he anticipated potential issues an corrected them on time, making the project flow very quick from the beginning to the end. The pool, deck, and the yard in general look very nice and have being complimented by friends and families. It is also good to mention that we didn't incur in any unexpected cost. We are very satisfied with the service of this contractor.

Luiggi was incredible from start to finish. He was incredibly thorough, honest and had great ideas. We met with a lot of companies and he was by far the best in terms of overall service and price. He showed tremendous care to think through not just the details of the project and possible future projects. He managed his staff extremely well and we never had any issues with the work or those he employed. He also worked extremely efficiently throughout the permit process and the entire job. I've seen people have a job take 6 times as long as ours did who hired other people. I HIGHLY recommend LC Construction for your pool or any of your general contracting needs. He takes a lot of pride and care in his work and I recommend him to everyone I can.
