+ -1 moreWe purchase tile for our bathroom project. They supply something else than purchased!!! after going back and forth we were given defective tile that was installed and FELL APART from the walls! It sounds like a joke but was really a sad story. But - mistakes happens - so let's give them a chance to fix it!!! The most amazing "customer service" - they are all hiding behind each other, blaming people that are no longer there (if your project will take longer than a week you'll probably see the the staff was all replaced with new people that wouldn't claim responsibility...) the owner is void, nowhere to be found! and when if a miracle happened and he did get back to you - his word worth nothing!!! he'll blame the employees again and will tell you that is why the're all fired!! It's a company you'd expect dealing with if you were living in a third world country!!! certainly not your standards!! especially if you have a bigger project - KEEP AWAY from KUADRA!! The worst people to deal with!
