Description of Work: I call this service to repair a wine cooler. He couldn't provide the service because is something he doesn't do. He explain to me very polite the situation, reply my calls promptly and recommend several people that really helped me.

+ 0 moreAfter having new appliances sitting in boxes for 13 days and no one in the Miami up to the task of minor custom work, I found KNK. I called the office on 8/12 and spoke to Edie, hoping for at least a look-see in the next few days. Mr. Valdivia was able to come the next morning and showed up promptly at 9 a.m. for an estimate. We agreed to a deal, he called his crew at another site and went to work solo. There was some cutting through 3 layers including tile, cement, and wood as well as some surgery on the wood cabinet that cocooned the old oven. By lunchtime, Mr. Valdivia was done and had cleaned up the mess on the floor. The work looks superb. Price was dear because of three hours of woodwork but as I said, he was done by lunchtime. My wife, son, and I are happy with the quality and would recommend KNK for any custom or new appliance installation.

Description of Work: I needed to install a microwave and connect it to outside venting. Unfortunately the hole in the wall connected to the roof venting did not line up with the holes in the back of the microwave fans. The old unit we were replacing was not connected for outside venting.We called KNK and Oscar Valdivia answered and he visited our home to give us an estimate. He was recommended by the company that sold us the microwave. He does installations for them. A few days later after talking to two other companies we decided to go with KNK. He came on time and did the work very well. He opened another hole right over the location of the microwave fans in the wall and connected new metal flashing to the venting hole going up inside the wall to the roof connection.He taped using adhesives to seal well the connections. He removed a portion of the sheet metal where the old hole was. He also assisted me in covering the old hole with spackling. He then installed the new microwave.He did an excellent job. My wife and I were very pleased.
