I was moving out of my apartment so I needed to get my carpet cleaned. I found a coupon for this company for $11 per room. I called them and set up a time for them to come clean my 3 bedroom apartment. When the guy arrived, he told me it was going to be around $350. I explained that this was nowhere close to my original quote, and I would not be paying that much. He began to argue with me that the coupon said 25 cents per square foot which it did not. He then said he could do it for $200. I explained that it was still too much and was not the original quote I got. The company is misleading and dishonest. They should be put out of business. I finally talked him down to $125 and he steam cleaned and did a terrible job.

This was the worst experience in my life and I have never had a business person treat me like Manny did. The worker showed up on a Sunday to give me an estimate on cleaning my tile and grout. he did a sample and it seemed to come clean. Little did I know that you have to wait for it to completely dry to see the real results. he told me he could clean the tile and grout and seal it for 600.00 cash and get it done now. So I agreed. a day later the grout was not clean in certain areas. The ad said satisfaction guaranteed so I had him come back two days later and redo the kitchen and heavy walk areas. I told him he did not seal it and he told me the sealant is in the machine he pushed around. He LIED. the sealant is done in a different machine which he didn't do. a day later the grout was still dirty but this time it was streaked and spotty. I told him the machine is not getting every spot on the grout because my grout and tile are not a smooth surface. The owner Manny called me a liar and told me to f*** off that he wasn't coming back and he is older than me and I don't know what I am talking about. I called and called and this man screamed at me and yelled and hung up on me and refused to come back and do the job I paid him 600.00 to do. he is an immigrant and has no respect for woman or for business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. THEY ARE RUDE AND DISHONEST. THEY HATE AMERICANS.
Description of Work: attempted to clean my tile and grout and seal it. the work was horrible and would not come back and make it right. he lied about sealing it for the price he quoted me and called me names.

Description of Work: Deep cleaning of all carpeting and Scotch Guard application. I had made an appointment for 2 PM on Saturday and a person arrived at 12:00PM. I had prepared all of the 5 rooms and moved everything out of the room. I had a coupon from Kleen Dry that indicated 5 rooms of cleaning for 55.95 and it was called Basic Steam Cleaning. When the person came to my house it was a independent contractor named BH Cleaning & Restoration Services representing Kleen Dry. He indicated that the carpets were soiled and a normal steam cleaning would not do the job. He emphasized having to put much more work into the job including deep cleaning which then was quoted to me for about $240.00. I felt that this was real high after the basic cleaning was an offer of $55.95 plus in addition getting a 10% senior discount. With all of my room things being in the non carpeted area I felt I had no choice but to proceed. I then also decided to have them Scotch Guard the areas, which I felt were actually poorly done and I decided the follwing morning to buy some Scotch Guard and reapply this material. I felt that the $55.95 was a comeon and then was given the true price they would charge.

The coupon said they take credit cards. When he got here, he said cash or check. When he came here, he parked in my parking spot which says "owner" even though we have guest parking. He called before he came to give me notice. When he came, he was nice and accomodating. We went back and forth on the price. I have a one bedroom 850 sq. ft home. He told me $199.00. What I wanted to have done was a lanai with glass doors in addition to the carpet. I wanted it all steam cleaned. I also have a living room and bedroom that I didn't want the furniture moved, rather just the carpet he could see. He was steaming the chair on the linai with his tool, and he said it wasn't coming off. I assumed he knew it would need a little elbow grease. I showed him what I meant and he started doing the chair. It was coming off as he did that. However he stopped, and I pointed out that I wanted the back of the chair done as well. When I told him this, he dumped the dirty water onto the lanai and the bathroom toilet. It leaked out onto the carpet. I called the owner, Manny, as well to see if he would send someone else. He wanted to speak with Michael, the worker. Michael said no at first. He then talked to the owner. Michael then said some rude, derogotory, and insulting things then slammed the door and left. I called the police to make a report. The police then contacted Manny. I did file the report. I have no paid him.

Infuriating. I should have checked this list first. Stay away from this outfit.
Description of Work: Made an appointment with Dry Kleen based on a coupon I had. Same coupon as on web site. Coupon offer is $10.95/room up to 5 rooms. I have two bedrooms that need steam cleaning. When the service man showed up, I asked the price. He said $75. I told him I just wanted the basic service $10.95/room. He said that the carpet had stains and this wouldn't get them out. I responded that I didn't care (I have my own spot remover cleaner). He went downstairs and drove away without any explanation. I called the owner who couldn't have been more rude. His excuse "It's not efficient for us". Nice..not "efficient" to do what you advertise to do. He stated there was a disclaimer about stains on the coupon. There isn't any caveats or disclaimers on the coupon or his website. Just an awful scammer.
