+ -1 moreGeorge and his crew did a great job! They were very neat and thorough. I will definitely use them in the future on a regular basis, they are that good! It's rare to find companies in this business who are as professional, responsive and prompt as King's Home Maintenance. In addition, George and his workers are very nice people, which to me is a very important aspect of this work.
Description of Work: They cleaned entire front and back yard and the right of way in front of my house; got rid all of the weeds in all areas, which had not been done since August so there was a lot to take out; trimmed plants which were quite overgrown, cleared pathways and pruned all of my palm trees even the very tall ones. All that was taken out and cut away, they placed neatly in front of the house for city to haul away.

+ -1 moreThey are really good. We have a mowing contract with them. They do excellent clean up and edging. They are very prompt too. They come when they say and do a nice clean up. We are very satisfied. The pricing is very fair because we had phoned a few other places and they either never called back or never showed up. We've been using Kings for about a year now and they are fantastic! When we were having all that rainy weather, they called to apologize that they won't be coming out that day and they rescheduled and were there immediately. They are very professional.

Description of Work: George has been servicing my property since 2003. He has done a wide variety of work from lawn cutting, painting, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler system, to patio and driveway installation. He has always done a wonderful job, he is always on time and works until the job is complete and we are satisfied. He has also come when I had emergencies, one evening I had a pipe burst and he dropped what he was doing and came right over and fixed the problem. Another was when my A/C unit broke. He came over and took care of it. Finally, he is trustworthy. He has handled several jobs in my home without me there and has handled jobs on my property when I was out of town but they needed to be taken care of immediately. I have recommended him to my neighbors now they all use him.
