Working with Doug was such a pleasure! What we most appreciated was the fact that Doug was always true to his word and the timeline. Doug was on-site everyday, without fail. If he said the plumber was coming- he was there. If he said the tile was going to be completed on a certain date, it was completed on that date. Doug was straightforward and honest about our options and the price estimates associated with each option so we could make the best decisions for our budget. We will do more projects with Doug, he is by far the best contractor we have worked with in Miami.

EXCELLENT WORK!! Doug is extremely reliable and made all of our remodeling and problem solving as painless as possible. He showed up on the day he said he would and was ready to work day after day until the jobs were done. He worked quickly but did an extremely good job on everything we asked of him. He clearly has a good relationship with many subcontractors because he was able to get people out to do various jobs (plumbing, electric, custom granite, air ducts) almost immediately after he called. We are so happy with our home! We will absolutely be using Doug in the future for more projects!

The remodel went well. Doug King was very accommodating when new ideas of design came up. He and his workers were always on time and cleaning up at the end of the day. Doug King is very knowledgeable in construction and remodeling field. Great contractor.

All the work went great ! On time and all King Construction crew were excellent. clean job and polite. King Construction was consistent from start to finish. my family and I are very happy with all work that was done. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Doug took over the renovation of our small Miami investment property (2BR/2 bath apartment) after a disastrous experience with our original contractor. In two weeks, Doug completed the work and fixed many of the mistakes that the former contractor made. Doug is the consummate professional: the job came in on budget and was done for more quickly than we expected. As renovations proceeded, Doug kept us apprised of his progress via photos and videos. He was great at communicating and there were no surprises. He is honest and also a pleasure to work with. We would recommend Doug enthusiastically and without reservation!

I hired Doug King based on Angie's List reviews and the excellent reviews were correct. Although I hired him to remodel a guest bathroom, his work was so good and the price was so fair, that I had him remodel my master bath as well, and then hired him as the contractor to re-roof my patio. All work was high-quality, done on schedule and reasonably-priced. I'm sure I'll hire him again if I need anymore work done on my house.

They did a fabulous job! Our kitchen is gorgeous. I thought it was going to be a nightmare, but I was pleasantly surprised!!!! Only a couple days between time the old kitchen was removed and the new kitchen was installed! Mr. King was very professional and easy to work with! We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!!

They did an outstanding Job , The price was very good compared to the other 7 quotes I got. They are very clean when they do their job. The outside was done very fast and they were done in half a day. The inside took a two days since I have large custom made wall units, it was perfect. My daughters room came out amazing to say the least. Overall they did a very good job , A+ In Everything, I Highly recommend them. Thank You, Alberto T

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND PERFORMED ALL THE NECESSARY WORK. THEY DID NOT TRY TO DO UNNECESSARY WORK TO GET OVER ON ME AND CHARGE ME MORE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
