Although I didn’t end up using their services, Perry and Genie were very helpful in setting up an appointment for an estimate and providing great customer service and communication the entire way. The price quoted was fair and Perry knew what he was talking about and provided great suggestions for future needs. I would definitely call them again should I have the need.

One of my outdoor light fixture got damaged in the hurricane and I decided to replace it with a LED device. I called and spoke with a very friendly and courteous lady who made appointment for a Friday , however she found out that she had a cancellation and could do the work the next day, I was asked what time I preferred and I replied as early as possible. Ignacio showed up exactly at 7.am and went right to work, he knew exactly what was to be done and in less that an hour he was finished, cleaned up the area and even put some seal around the fixture. If I need electrical work in the future, I will be calling Kilby's

They arrived 5 minutes early and got right to work until the minute they were done. My attic has a small crawl space and it's extremely hot. It didn't deter them from getting the job done. Another competitor had even suggested that the job was nearly impossible to do. These guys had no problem.

It was relatively easy to schedule, the service man was on time and most importantly was able to handle what other electricians claimed was difficult to do - changing the entire lighting fixture that's above a staircase. Will be using the service again.

I received the estimate quickly and the actual cost of the repair was less than the original estimate so a for honesty . Jim came out to give me a quote the very next morning after I called him and we set a date for the following Monday. To repair was done beautifully by a very experienced and capable technician. I am so happy to have found my electrician moving forward into the future. I received another estimate from an electrical company that was double the price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone .

Wow, this company scheduled an appointment and then called to come a day early. When has a company ever showed up early. I think this is outstanding and it was just the start to a great experience. The person that scheduled the job was professional and kind. The real star was Mike the electrician. I was not home when he arrived and asked that he be let into the unit. Over the phone, I explained the concerns. Never, did he say he couldn't begin because I was not there or how will I pay, all he said was he understood the problem and would get it done. I arrived an hour later and everything was working. I need additional work done in another home and you can believe I will call Kilby electric.

I called this company at 11 am because my A/C was not working and I was told the breaker needed to be replaced. Within a few hours they showed up and fixed it with no problem. The price was very reasonable as well. I will not hesitate to call them again when I need electrical work done at my house.

Third time I've used them and every time they are punctual, polite and professional. I can not recommend them highly enough!

It went very well. After contacting them I received an estimate. After the go ahead they performed the service when they said they would and as agreed. Well done!

One of my a/c units was running but not cooling, and after some checking, I discovered that the circuit breaker for the outdoor condenser had popped. Reseting didn't work. Since my A/C team couldn't come out until late afternoon, I decided to have an electrician come out first to make sure it wasn't the circuit breaker. I called Kilby about 11 in the morning (first time customer, I had ask my community for any referrals and this company was one of them) and the dispatcher said everyone was out on big jobs, but she'd call around and see what she could do. She called me shortly thereafter and said she could send someone out in the late afternoon. At 2:15 she called and said one of the electricians was leaving the job now and was on his way. About 40 minutes later he was here. He was friendly, professional and very efficient. It only took him about half an hour, and he was able to determine exactly where the problem was (the condenser), but also that all the wiring from the condenser to the circuit breaker box to the upstairs unit were fine. It was expensive ($135), but considering that they came out within hours of my call, and were very professional, and eased my mind that I really did need the a/c company, I felt it was worth it. Incidentally, there was thunder and lightning out, and light rain, but he continued to work (carefully) until he was finished. I was very pleased and I would definitely recommend them, and would use them again myself.

I contacted the company on Thursday afternoon and set the appointment for Monday morning between 7:00am and 7:30 am. The representatitve arrived promptly at 7:30 am and identified himself as the person who had called on Friday to identify himself and confirm the appointment. The electrician doing the work was Cornet. He was courteous, professional and went to work right away. The whole job was performed in about and hour and a half. He was eficient and neat, The work was performed satrisfactorily. I was pleased with the work and the price for the job. I asked them to give me an estimate to install some recessed lighting, and I will definitely consider them for the additional work.

These guys are responsible and professional. Our house was a big job and they took care of the major stuff well. We did get left with some holes that need to be patched.

Jim came out to our house to provide a bid the day after we called (a Tuesday to be exact) --- he was on time and a true professional. To be honest, of the three electric companies that came out, Jim was the most professional to another level - he was actually the only one to take real notes. However, he informed me he would provide the bid within two days --- I never received it so I emailed him and got the bid late Friday afternoon. The price was high compared to the other two companies so I emailed him that same day to see if there was some flexibility. To my surprise, Jim called me the following Thursday to see where we were with our decision. I informed him that we went with another company (which has already completed the work) because I had not heard back from him since Friday. He admitted that he had dropped the ball in terms of being responsive which was very respectable. All in all, this is an old school, true professional company ---- however, pricing and responsiveness was not on par which is why we ultimately went with another company.

All work was done to our satisfaction....repairman was very helpful and cooperative.

They're very knowledgeable, on time, very professional and I like them. I have gone through a lot of electricians and I will stay with them. The price that they charge is reasonable.

,, It was friday afternoon and I called Kilby and talked with Liz, she said it was late in the afternoon, she took my information and said let me call you back. In 5 minutes she returned my call and said a technician was on his way.about 20 minutes the tec was here , He replaced my ballast and I was back in busnece if they didn t come I might not have had light to cook for the week end. Kirby was great I would recommend them highly

I called Kilby Electric after 5PM on Tuesday afternoon. I spoke with one of the owners and explained the scope of my work. They were onsite before 9:30AM the next morning! Wow. They work very well, did everything quickly, tested everything before they left and even cleaned up. I was very impressed by these guys and I would definately use them again. Thank you.

I received a verbal estimate within 3 hours of the owner visiting my house. They seem honest and are being very professional with me. I am pleased with this company. They showed up on time each day they came out and were very courteous. The employees were very professional and made me feel comfortable with all the work they were doing in the house. They were quick. There was no delay in starting the project and they finished it as quick as possible.

The person making appointments is efficient. The electrician is experienced and sensible. No problems.

They were a little expensive but the service was great.
