Excellent. Came early, worked quick and could not be more pleasant.

My apartment complex doesn't allow the dumping of large items, and I needed to get rid of my old mattress. I put in an inquiry on their website, and less than twenty minutes later, I received a call. They were able to pick up the mattress the same day, and the service was fast and easy.

I'll say that I did not actually hire Junk Chuckers purely because someone ended up doing me a favor at no cost, and that said, I had to give them a 5 star review. Firstly, the speed at which they replied was mind blowing. The staff I spoke with was really nice. They listened to what I said and worked out a fair and reasonable price. It was obvious to me that the relationship and continued business was more important to them than just one job. Next was their honesty and willingness to work around my needs. After all that, when I had to inform them that I no longer needed their service, there was zero attitude. Zero anger. Not even disappointment. Instead a cheerful that's great you could solve it and please do keep us in mind for next time. These are the kind of people I will certainly be calling on next time I need help.
