Jeffery’s Hurricane Protection Solution proved efficient, appropriate and versatile for our specific needs. He has done some major work for us on the house. He is absolutely superb. He is a general contractor and absolutely the best. He is very honorable.

The owner of the service made the original visit to estimate the job for the garage and two walk-through doors that were needed to bring a newly purchased home up to standards for safety and insurance. The owner estimated approximately three weeks to complete the job. One-to-two weeks was estimated for delivery of the doors and another week for prepping and installation. The delivery of the doors took much longer than estimated. They were to be ordered on March 23rd and we were informed that they arrived between 9-13 April. The first day of work at the house was approximately the 15th of April. His carpenter and garage door installation guy were on-time, good at their jobs and very professional. The job was completed in about a week and then another week to get the city inspection completed. In fact, the city inspection was finally completed on 04 May (roughly 5-6 weeks). Personally, I get the impression that JS Construction 2 LLC has challenges with project management and scheduling. There were communication issues between the owner and his people that resulted in wasted time and money. The owner would tell us that he had called the city inspector to complete the final inspection and on the day the inspector is supposed to be there, we find out from one of the contractor personnel that the inspector was cancelled because the garage door lacked some stickers that are required? Apparently they were on the door but painted over? In the end, we just could not depend on things working according to any plan. The work was done satisfactorily but I will never use this company again because of the poor customer service attitude of the owner and extremely poor project management and scheduling.
