Hourly rate, but It took them 8 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment to another apartment 15 minutes away. This is the time they spent with having everything boxed up before, elevators, and using my own moving resources and family members to help carry boxes and furniture because the men did not have efficient moving supplies. Waste of time, money, and stress. You’re better off with a more reputable company in Miami.

I called and spoke to Peter, who gave me a quote based on time. He was familiar with our building and didn't need to send anyone out for an estimate which concerned me at first, but his estimate was accurate. There were no hidden costs, and no surprises at the end. We decided to have two people come in the day before the move to wrap and pack fragile antique furniture as my apartment complex allowed only a small window for moving out and I didn't want extra stress on moving day. They did a very good job, brought enough wrapping materials/blankets etc. The day of the move went smoothly. The 4-person crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and finished the move out within our allotted time. The move in to the house was simple since there was no elevator or steps to contend with. They set up the furniture where I asked them to, moved boxes into various rooms, even moved a few more than once when I changed my mind, with no complaints or attitude. They took away any discarded materials, used tape, cardboard etc. Antonio, the lead person on the crew, was very competent. I had been worried about moving the antique furniture as some had been damaged in past moves. He listened to my instructions on how to carry some of the more fragile pieces and made sure the crew was informed about the need for this special handling. There was no damage to anything in this move. Antonio directed his crew firmly but respectfully. He treated me with professional courtesy and a bit of humor. He made a stressful day much less stressful and I appreciated that.

They were on time and got straight to work. Movers were friendly. However it took almost 9 hours to move ys from a 2 bedroom apt to another 2 bedroom apt 10 mins away. We did have them stop at a storage unit for a couple of prices but it still took way too long. It took 3 hours longer then I was told. One of the movers was very slow and they would disappear for 10 mins at a time which wasted a lot of time. A framed mirror and dresser was chipped badly and a leather chair was slightly ripped. Wasn't horrible but I wouldn't use them again.

The move went extremely well. They gentlemen were very polite. They took great care with all my possessions. They arrived with four men on time and finished within the estimated time.
