Roy arrived early in the morning as promised. He diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener and found that the motor lost its ability to control the range. Recommended a new one. I went with Chamberlin belt drive quiet system.

Highly recommendable. Great communication and follow-through. I only have one issue. The tech used my panic button installation to wire the garage door activation pad. Now I have no emergency button should the need arise :(

By far the best garage door service Iâ ve ever had. Great from start to finish! Everyone was so helpful and up front about all costs and lead times. These guys are great and good at what they do. The installer arrived promptly and after 2.5 hours had completed the job of repairing the overhead garage door. "Shy", the nickname of the installer, did an excellent and fast job. Very creative and professional. I would use Joe again in a heartbeat.
