The service provided was excellent! Jerry seems to have a strong work ethic, and he moved from room to room diligently performing the work that was needed. He even repaired screens that wouldn't fit & a Venetian blind that wasn't working properly.

The kitchen window that was screwed shut since 2003 was repaired by Jerry so that I could open and close it again. I was told by another company in 2003 that I would have to get a brand new window for my kitchen and screwed the window shut. However, Jerry was able to repair the mechanisms on that window and it works well. I don't have to buy a new window thanks to Jerry. On the other four windows, Jerry fixed the mechanisms on those windows also. Thanks to Jerry, now I can open and close without problems and don't have to buy new windows.

Quick response and an expert at his craft. Very careful to protect your property. Just excellent from start to finish. No surprise here, since he has worked on other widows for me in the past. Will definitely use again.

Jerry is the go-to-guy for Jalousie repair. He knows his "stuff" and quickly and efficiently get the job done. He had a difficult repair with an indoor jalousie window, but with his expertise, he had it repaired in no time. Highly recommend.

He is very good. It was reasonable. All of my windows are an old style, and he fixed all of the windows so that the cords for the air conditioners weren't in the way, and all of the windows could close completely.

He spent a lot of time with me and explained to me about my windows, how they work, and how to maintain them. He was really helpful about everything. He stayed within budget and charged me what he said he would charge me. He completed the job timely and my expectations were fulfilled.

Jerry is professional, knowledgeable and works with the client to save them money. When I called Jerry, I didn't know if I needed new windows or if they could be repaired. He carefully removed each window and assessed the problem. He brought his own drop cloth and was neat and clean. He let me know what he was doing and what it would cause, each step of the way. Jerry is a one of a kind service person. He is honest, hard working, and reliable. It's like having a trusted member of your family who is an expert in repairing the problem. He had worked on my windows before and fixed what he could. However, these 3 windows needed parts replaced. No one makes the parts anymore, so he had to search for used ones. He contacted me this week to say he had the parts and we worked out a time to do the work. He arrived promptly and ready to work. His estimate was very close to the final amount. The window pane took longer than expected, but it was worth it. Jerry is the only person who actually offered to repair any of this. Two other companies only wanted to replace the windows and suggested that I replace the door rather than fix the small window pane. He is a personable man and I wish there were more like him in the repair business. If there were, there wouldn't be a reason for Angie's List.
