+ 0 moreWorse customer services, the plants that I bought there are dying it came with white fly, now I have it all around my house, which were clean of plagues. I called to report what happen, the lady on the phone was so rude, refused to put the manage on the phone, she lied to me and hang up the phone. WOW... Never to return there... Don't waste your money and time. Do not put your own plants at risk with their plagues.
Description of Work: Worse customer services, the plants that I bought there are dying it came with white fly.

+ 0 moreEverything went smoothly. This is the third or fourth time I have done business with this provider. Each time I received excellent product and service. I installed the sod myself and so far it is healthy and looks good. However, some of the shady areas have been invaded by undesirable weeds and requires more maintenance than the grass more exposed to the sun.
Description of Work: Provided and delivered a pallet of sod and ordered. Sod arrived on time and in good condition.

Description of Work: I ordered sod and 50/50 dirt mix. They delivered the 50/50 dirt in super sacks since we couldn't get their machine to my backyard because of the fence. So that was a plus. The only issue I had is they couldn't give me a time frame as to delivery. I am very busy so this was a problem. I had to reschedule for the next day after they guy said I was the second delivery and hours later still hadn't shown up. We had to rearrange our work schedules to meet them. The girls on the phone were not really on point. The product, however was good and the grass is doing well aside from the holes my dog has dug in it...

+ 0 more6 pallets of sod were delivered within 36 hours of placing the order and there was not one piece of bad grass! All the sod was replaced within 3 hours and my yard looked like it had never been drug up. The price was hundreds of dollars less than my lawn service, and I recommend Jeny Sod Service highly. There were no don'ts!
