John was fantastic. Price was extremely reasonable. Work and timeline was excellent.

Overall I am very, very happy with the work that was performed. I believe the price was very reasonable as well. The trees came out great, nicely shaped and thinned out but not so much that they look barren. Ready for storm season. Once they were done they made sure the yard was raked and clean of all debris associated to the work. I will definitely use him again in another two years.

I had three quotes to cut back a very large and overgrown fruit tree and JD Boyd gave me the best quote price. The work was performed very quickly and professionally. They took care to avoid damaging my other plants and even blew off the lawn after moving all the branched to the curbside. I was really impressed by how professionally the business is run.

They did an excellent job trimming large tree while being careful with plants below. I was able to do everything over the app/phone/text without being present and when I wanted some additional trimming they made sure to do it next business day. Very efficient and quick service, taking special care to maintain shape of tree and privacy from street. Definitely recommend.

his lack of caring to inform his customers as to what is going on is beyond ridiculous, he didn't seem to care that he left people hanging is something I don't understand and told him that. He dint really seem to care.

I contacted JD Boyd and spoke to John Boyd. He came to my home and provided an estimate to trim several trees including a very large Royal Poinciana, mango tree, bougainvillea and remove plants/small trees to make room for a new fence. We scheduled the work to begin in several days and then....the rain started and wouldn't stop! The work had to be rescheduled but John made sure that it was completed in time for the new fence to be installed. His team was punctual, organized and very neat. They made sure I was happy with the work and cleaned up when they were done.

He was suppose to cut the tree and grind the stump which he did not do as requested.

This is one of the best experiences I have had with a service provider in Miami. Mr. Boyd was extremely responsive, professional, and very well prepared. I quoted several tree service companies for the services and his quote and one other company's came at about the same price, almost the lowest of all the ones I quoted. But he struck us as really serious and professional so we went with JD Boyd. The team showed up on time, uniformed, with all the right equipment to do the job efficiently and well. They were very careful about all the details. They were courteous and answered all my questions. At the end of the job, I needed some coconuts removed from another palm tree and he did that for me without trying to get more money, which says a lot. And they always pick up the phone. If you have to leave a message they get back to you soon. I was impressed. If I need these services in the future, I would 100% go back. I gave their contact info. to my contractor for his other clients. This is how all businesses should operate.

Great job removing large florida holly, a couple of other smaller trees (Including some smaller palms) and sickly hedge. His team came in on short notice and got the job done quickly at a very fair quote. "No pressure" quote, didn't nickel and dime on the services. Would definitely recommend. Possibly having him back to do some other landscaping work.

John was awesome and very easy to deal with. He came on time (actually a little early) and discussed the job with his crew. The crew was focused and paid much attention to detail to reduce the size of the tree yet - at the same time - leave it looking good. They were pleasant, courteous and did a great job. They left the tree area totally neat and clean. I definitely recommend John and his crew.

Contractor showed up on time and performed the job as discussed. While grinding a stump, contractor accidentally broke a water pipe (pool waste line) which he fixed immediately. Outstanding service. I will surely use them again.

We were happy. It was expensive because I had a great big mango tree removed besides having two trees trimmed. It was very good. He got the stump out and cut the tree and trimmed the other two trees and they were beautiful. They way they trimmed it, they were beautiful. I would recommend him. He does absolutely great job and that's what I care about. It's a high quality service. He was reasonable for what we had done. I will use them again.

This was by far the best experience I've had with any service provider in Miami-Dade county. Mr. Boyd and his team were professional, punctual, and responsive with every request. The quality and price of the job were well beyond my expectations. I would recommend their services to anyone in a heart beat.

John was very responsive in December when he/his team came by and gave me the estimate. He provided the needed insurance and license information promptly so I could start the HOA approval and Permit process required from my city. Since the approvals came through he hasn't responded to emails or repeat calls to confirm the date and time for the service. It w is frustrating as I now have to go back through approvals/permits with another service provider! If he wasn't interested all he had to do was say so upfront and not waste his or my time. Very unprofessional.

No fuss. They do the work quick. Not hard to schedule them. They will come out right away once you agree on the price and they are nearby.

There is not one thing Mr John Boyd or his workers could have done to do a better job. I have seen it written "if better is possible, then good is not enough." I know that Mr. John Boyd and his very skilled workers don't have to be told that. I thank you sincerely for Angie's List in regard to this company. They know their job and they do not need a lot of input from me, but if I did say something,I was listened to and treated very well to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company down the line with straight A's. Everything I went over with Mr. Boyd to get the free estimate was written down, address before, during and after finishing the job. I was very impressed with their skill and no-nonsense to complete this job with total satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly as a very skilled and professional business that I know I will continue to use in the future.

The service went extremely well and now have requested they provide all monthly lawn service. Would highly recommend this company.
