Description of Work: I contacted this company because it was near my house. I first had them reupholster an antique sofa and was satisfied with the results. The price was fair, but when I asked for my leftover material, they said there was none. Then I called them back to cover two armchairs and foot stools, first with muslim and them with fitted slipcovers. I gave them a total of 35 yards of material which had cost me over $500.00. I specifically told them how I wanted the slipcovers made. - tight fitting, instead they were poorly cut and thus baggy in some areas with the material literally dragging on the floor at the back and other areas - piping, instead there was no piping anywhere - the inner seams surged, instead they were left ragged. As if this were not enough, they picked up the armchairs on Feb, 6, 2013 and they were supposed to be ready after two weeks. After a month I began calling and it was nearly impossible to speak to anyone. They promised delivery on five different dates, stood me up every time and never even called.
