+ -1 moreHe was on time for our appointment, for which I give him credit. Once he was here, I wondered how he might be dealing with the situation if my husband instead of me were the one speaking to him. I felt patronized and that his confidence in his work led to arrogance. When he implied that we might have caused the issues, I set him straight - the issues arose at installation (during which time we were not even living in the house). He promised me certain products to assist with our issues. These were not delivered. There has been no response to my follow up call about receiving these products.
Description of Work: We were having issues with the grout when we had a new porcelain tile floor installed throughout. The company we hired to do the install sent a representative from Jamo to look at our grout.
