Jack Furniture got the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER SAW, btw if they don't like you, they will stop answering the phone! Little kids running a business. I am waiting for an estimate revised for weeks, they got veronica that does not understand what I explain her, everything takes forever with her. If this is a nightmare now, then I really don't want to know what is it to install with them, I took my business and went somewhere else.

Closet is beautiful. The technicians did an excellent job installing it and customer service was very responsive.

A guy named Rudy came to my house and proposed the job and we agreed, he was supposed to complete it within a couple months but he lie all the way through and never meet scheduled times, always late always with a new excuse, lies and more lies then he’ll showed up for a few minutes to collect money for materials and disappear again, after he’ll send some not qualified guys to do what they could and not well done, I kept sending pictures to the office manager to have them correct the things that were done incorrect and look bad and she tried and notified Rudy but he kept ignoring the situation at the end everything was left incomplete, undone and with many imperfections. We were missing draws in closets, all handles fir kitchen living room furniture and closets, “Rudy” who says is the owner said he ordered the handles and never got them, but he also said the shop got in fire and the cutting machines broke so... it was just a lie to justify the delays and at the end they simply disappear and didn’t answer my calls. Definitely very disappointed and will never recommend Jack Furniture Designs to any one, very careless people all they care for is the money not at all living a good impression, can’t be trusted!! And even after several intents to comunícate with owner he never got back to me or solved the issues.
