Jack Coden is a very dangerous man. He lies and says anything to get your listing and then becomes disrespectful, rude, dismisses any input from seller, horrible listing photos, and has completely neglected my property while entrusted in his care, to the point of financial detriment and reduced property value as a result. He also riced the home and then demanded a price reduction of hundreds of thousands of dollars within the first weeks of listing the property. He refuses to let me out of the listing contract, and has been out of contact for over a month. I’ve known, or thought I knew, this man and he is not to be trusted with your most valuable asset. SELLER BEWARE! He will have $$$ in his eyes and a knife in your back.

Jack and I met at the condo unit, discussed the process he follows to make sure the unit is seen by as many prospective buyers as possible. He made suggestions to improve the condition of the apartment (which I did) and I signed a contract. Jack and his associates were 100% proactive to make the sale;they got a painter, a window treatment company, a housecleaner and made everything work out, so I did not have to drive from Tamarac to North Miami for anything at all (not even for the closing). I was happy with the price they got for me and the new owners were happy also. Jack was also on the money when he advised me to take the offer because the market was heading down and he was right.
