I am using it now. I would say unskilled. Do not use him. He has been in business for 25 plus years but has not passed one single inspection in the last 4 months to replace my roof.
Description of Work: Jaca Brothers Roofing is replacing my roof.

Mr. Jaca said that there would be a 2 and 1/2 month wait for work to begin. After waiting this amount of time, I started calling him. Since June, 2006, it is now September, I have been getting promises that roofing materials would be delivered. None have been delivered yet. I sent Mr. Jaca a certified letter requesting work begin in 30 days and received it back as undeliverable. This is the worst consumer experience I have ever had.
Description of Work: I signed a contract with Jaca Brothers Roofing in March, 2006 for a new roof. No work has been performed to date.

We chose this company because they had replaced our roof twice over 45 years. This time appalling service. Extreme delays at every stage. Excuse is the amount of work and shortage of supplies due to 05 hurricanes, but delays excessive. Took three months after contract to do any work. It has now been MORE than a year since contract and we still haven't had roof tiles delivered.

I REALLY LOVE MY NEW ROOF, IT LOOKS GREAT. THEY WERE VERY QUICK, AND FINISHED THE JOB AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. THEY WERE EXCELLENT, AND I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. THE PRICE RANGE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED OUR ROOF AND PUT ON NEW SHINGLES.
