 + -1 moreAccepted the work, but extremely unresponsive. Called day in and day out and kept on delaying the plans. This dragged on for months to the point where I went with another architect. Just as I had finished with the new architect, Mr. Ferradaz called me to let me know the plans were ready.
Description of Work: Designed the covered terrace I want to build in my house.

 + -1 moreNot well! After several weeks went by, I followed up several times, each time letting me know that he was almost done. At one point he sent me an invoice, and told me they would be done Friday November the 15th. it is not December 5, and I have not heard from him. I have left several messages (1 with his secretary, 2 in voicemail and 3 emails),but not response. I will now go to another architect to get my plans for my covered terrace and I strongly recommend that no one go here for any architectural plans. It's not about time, but about not setting correct expectations that's the issue here.
Description of Work: I had 7 old plans that an associate of Mr. Ferradaz had worked on for a covered terrace and gazebo I wanted to build in my house. After seven years, it was time to actually begin the building but needed the plans updated. As a result, I went back to Mr. Ferradaz's office and asked that they be updated to the newest code standards. I had also agreed pay the fee to get them updated. He told me it would take some time, and I was willing to wait a few weeks in order to get the plans and begin construction.
