Accepted the work, but extremely unresponsive.  Called day in and day out and kept on delaying the plans.  This dragged on for months to the point where I went with another architect.  Just as I had finished with the new architect, Mr. Ferradaz called me to let me know the plans were ready.

Not well!  After several weeks went by, I followed up several times, each time letting me know that he was almost done.  At one point he sent me an invoice, and told me they would be done Friday November the 15th.  it is not December 5, and I have not heard from him.  I have left several messages (1 with his secretary, 2 in voicemail and 3 emails),but not response.



I will now go to another architect to get my plans for my covered terrace and I strongly recommend that no one go here for any architectural plans.



It's not about time, but about not setting correct expectations that's the issue here.
