Our roof was damaged during Hurricane Irma and needed a complete reroof. We have a chimney with stone facade that needed to be removed so that the roofer could remove and replace the existing flashing around the chimney. We hired J H. Masonry to remove the existing stone around the base of the chimney and then reapply it one the roofer was finished. He did a great job and it looks just like it did before the job.

Went very well. I had previously set up all the forms for the walkway. Jeff arranged for the ready-mix to be delivered and pumped to the site. He then poured the concrete and finished it off. He did a very nice job and for a little extra he carried off the remnants of the old walkway.

They did not give me a written or verbal quote. The stalled on giving me a price, didn't call back or give a quote when they said they would. Finally, they said they were too busy and had a full time job on a condo, the masonry work was not their main business.

It took a couple calls to get ahold of Jeffery but once I did he was responsive. Jeffery provided a fair price and quick turnaround. I'm satisfied with the quality of the work.

After several conversations with Mr. Jeffery Humes and saying he could do the job; he never followed thru with an estimate nor a reply back. I waited a few days and made 2 more calls over the following 2 weeks and he never picked up nor replied. The responsive, timely and professionalism portrayed does not make me comfortable hiring him anymore. That is why this business deserves an F.

Jeff was very professional and always on time. His rates are very reasonable and he is honest.

Jeff showed up on time to have a look at the job. After pricing material he gave me a written offer which I accepted. The next morning Jeff and his son started working. The job was performed as agreed upon. It turned out really nice, even my wife likes it. Jeff cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess behind. On time, on budget and a top notch job, can't ask for more. Thanks Jeff.

I made an appointment for a quote and confirmed it a couple of days earlier. They did not show up, did not call to cancel. I called and got a machine and left a message and never heard back even though I'd said they missed their scheduled appointment. Incidentally, their answering machine does not mention that you're calling a business of any kind - never a good sign.....

Basically I can highly recommend Jeffrey. Service was so professional and normal it was shocking with all the issues I have experienced over the years in Miami. Calls returned, details followed up on, job completed on time. Price and materials all accurate. This is the way it is supposed to be when you deal with a professional. He and his crew even came early and worked around my schedule. I just cannot say enough good things about the level of professionalism. Also, clean and tidy. Just an all around good experience.

Great job start to finish. They were very professional and clean up afterward. They went as fas as laying down brown paper to protect our hard wood floors.

He was good. He guaranteed his work and if things went wrong he would come back and do it. One important thing for me is honesty and I think he is an honest person. He would tell you what he is going to charge and he sticks with it. There is a lot of fraud in this city and honesty is an important thing. He did a good job. I knew what the material costs and he got it for me. It was Mexican tiles and I can't complain about the material because I am the one who decided that. I was pleased with the quality of the overall product. I was worried about it because it was cracking and sinking. He was responsive since he came out when he was but he was tied up once and he told me. He knows what he is doing. He did his job well and hence I will use him again to do some work around the garage.

He did a good job. He was on time, competent and responded quickly to my needs. He was also professional. He was ready with receipts and thorough proposal. When the inspector came, he complimented him on the initial form. The inspections passed the first time so I am pleased.

He was able to fix all the leaks. I was surprise to find out that I had more leaks then I had previously expected. One leak, from an old shower pan was so bad that they began to leak into the kitchen. The leak was going under the tile in the bathroom, through the wall and in to the kitchen. He had to take up and replace the tile and fix portions of the wall. Overall, he was a great guy to work with. And he was a man of his word. Also, he also has fair pricing. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a trust worthy contractor. In fact he volunteers his service with HUD.
