 + -1 moreWhen materiel arrived in the Bahamas the panels did not fit. Notified them, with pictures of the problem in late fall 2014. They have admitted the panels are wrong but have not responded with any resolution at all to multiple calls and emails. This month no response at all to any of several communications. We paid freight and import duty on top of the purchase price. Total our cost for the panels is +/- $1500.00. I believe they are hoping we will give up and go away. We will not. We want a bank check covering our entire cost, which we will be glad to detail, as well as the return packaging, freight and incidental costs if they wish to have the panels back. In the alternative we will accept the correct panels but only if all costs - packaging, freight to the Bahamas, import duty and associated fees, local Bahamian 7% tax and delivery to our site are guaranteed in a manner satisfactory to us.
Description of Work: Impel located in Miami agreed to supply new kitchen appliances with optional stainless side panels ($640.00) for the refrig. Cautioned and questioned the slsmn. specifically to be sure panels ordered were correct since order was to be exported to Bahamas and freight and duty would create big problem if not correct. He understood and even got a bit upset with us over our suggestion that he might have made a mistake in the part number he was using since my on line research indicated a different number.
