The installation went very smoothly and they cleaned up after themselves. No hidden charges - the price quoted was the price paid. They were very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions about the process. I felt good about the work they did - they seemed very thorough and knowledgeable. Service with a smile - I was impressed. Not like most repairmen I encounter here in South Florida.
Description of Work: Our air conditioner stopped cooling the house. We called & spoke to Pedro. He came out, charged the freon and put something in the line to show where the freon had leaked out. He came back 3 days later and showed us 2 places where the unit was leaking. He advised us that it would be more cost efficient to replace the 14 year old AC with a new one. His son, Pedro Jr., sent us 3 quotes - good, better and best. We scheduled the installation - they arrived early (a miracle in Miami!) and completed the work within 3.5 hrs. The price was very reasonable - less than our neighbor paid (and I think our unit is better - we got a Trane, he got a Rheem. Rheems seem to need a lot more maintenance & repair).

I called on a Friday night and and he came out the next morning. I've called Pedro several times in the last couple of years and he's always been extremely professional, very polite and highly communicative.
Description of Work: My a/c got clogged up and required servicing. Pedro cleaned and flushed the condensation line and checked the unit on the roof to ensure it was also in working order.
